Porto and its beautiful details

Happy New Year! I wish you a wonderful 2015, full of new ambitions, experiences and big moments of happiness.

To celebrate New Year’s Eve, I went to Porto and stayed in a hotel for three days. On the 31st December I attended the party on Avenida dos Aliados, along with with other 140 000 people. There was music, lights, fireworks, champagne, and more than that, a simultaneous feeling of nostalgy and hope.

I did not take my camera with me to that place, because there was so much people I was afraid of being robbed or to just loose it somewhere. But I did take my camera with me the next day, when I spent the entire day exploring the city. Porto is a very suis generis city, with many architectonic influences, with old buildings next to new buldings, with houses trying to fit in tiny spaces and water refreshing the view.

I made a story on the app Storehouse featuring some of the photos shown. Go take a look!
