A new year means new resolutions. For today’s inspiration, I made a short list of basic things we can do to improve our overall physical condition.
1. Wake up early.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Have just one yolo meal per week.
4. Invite friends to join you in your physical activities. <!– –>
5. Exercise at least 3 times a week.
6. Run, run, run.
7. Sleep tight.
