In this post you will find a healthy breakfast recipe I “invented” by using and mixing some ingredients I had in my kitchen.
Ingredients
To prepare this meal, you will need:
- a Weetabix bar
- your favourite liquid yoghurt (I used Optimel lime yoghurt)
- Some muesli
Directions
- Put a Weetabix bar in a bowl
- Mash the bar, but not entirely
- Immerse the weetabix bar in liquid yoghurt (spill as much yoghurt as you want)
- Put some muesli in the top of your mix.
- Enjoy!!!
As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And the best way to start an active day is by eating a varied, healthy breakfast, rich on carbohydrates like grains or cereals.
