Recipe: Energy for Breakfast

I try my best to follow a healthy lifestyle. I want to achieve an ongoing physical, social and mental well being. That is the best way to prevent disease and to live a happy life.

In this post you will find a healthy breakfast recipe I “invented” by using and mixing some ingredients I had in my kitchen.

Ingredients

To prepare this meal, you will need:

  • a Weetabix bar
  • your favourite liquid yoghurt (I used Optimel lime yoghurt)
  • Some muesli

Directions

  1. Put a Weetabix bar in a bowl
  2. Mash the bar, but not entirely
  3. Immerse the weetabix bar in liquid yoghurt (spill as much yoghurt as you want)
  4. Put some muesli in the top of your mix.
  5. Enjoy!!!

As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And the best way to start an active day is by eating a varied, healthy breakfast, rich on carbohydrates like grains or cereals.
